I was booking some flights on expedia, and at checkout it said 'enter a coupon code', so I promptly went looking for a coupon code. A coupon site I found suggested going to www.cheapoair.com to get 10% lower prices. I went, tried entering the same flights, and indeed it was 10% cheaper. I went to check out, and the total after fees was MORE than it was at expedia.
Nice little scam they've got there :)
So, in summary, do NOT shot at cheapoair.com, they have 'lower fares' but higher prices overall due to inflated fees.
